By signing, you will have an influence on the interest shown by the French government and the European Parliament, already informed of the painful problem of child abduction. You must know that nobody is protected against the abduction of one's child. No measure, not even the ban of leaving the country - too easy to infringe - is efficient enough to prevent the parting of a mixed couple from creating a problem identical to Pascale and Beryl's.
